Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to make your shopping experience as smooth and pleasant as possible. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the steps you need to follow if you need to return or exchange a product, and how we handle refunds.
- Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns on most products within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the items meet the following conditions:
Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used or altered.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.
- Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are excluded from our return policy, including:
Customized or personalized items.
Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
Items that have been used, washed, or damaged.
- How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.
Prepare Your Package: Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the Item: Send your return package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Return Shipping Costs
Orders Over $29.99: We offer free return shipping on orders that exceed $29.99. A prepaid return label will be provided for your convenience.
Orders Under $29.99: For orders below $29.99, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will need to cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. - Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note:
Processing Time: The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order or the item received was defective.
- Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. - Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and a description of the issue. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. - Order Cancellations
